DevTabs.io Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DevTabs.io’s web app, mobile app, and Apple Watch app (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Account Creation

To use the Services, you must create an account by providing your username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate DevTabs.io, a DevTabs.io employee, another user, or any other person or entity

    • API and SDK

    The Services provide an API that allows you to schedule HTTP requests over HTTPS and pass in any JSON data and headers in these requests. You may interact with the API using any language that supports making HTTP requests. DevTabs.io also provides an SDK in Python and JavaScript.

    Free and Paid Plans

    The Services are available in both a free version and paid plans. The free version allows you to make a small number of API requests. The paid plans require you to enter your credit card information and subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.

    Data and Content

    You are solely responsible for the data and content you transmit through the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and licenses to the data and content you transmit through the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevTabs.io and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

    Termination

    DevTabs.io may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the Services, or your use of all or a portion of the Services, with or without notice and with or without cause.

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DEVTABS.IO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVTABS.IO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT
